Eduardo Salazar Ortoño
Departamento de Derecho Administrativo de la Facultad de Derecho de Murcia
- After my Law Degree and in parallel to my professional practice as a lawyer, I began my training in Environmental Law through the PhD course of the University of Alicante directed by Ramón Martín Mateo. The research competence work, rated as outstanding, dealt with the “Criminal processing of the failure of officials in relation to offences against the environment.”
- Later, thanks to the “Cela” Grant, from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I studied at the University of Dresden (Germany), to obtain the Legum Magister (LLM) degree specialising in German Environmental Law.
- Since joining the Department of Administrative Law of the Murcia Faculty of Law I have participated in two research groups, the current one on Biolaw and previously in another group in which I worked on the European LAPSI project on the reuse of public information.
- Similarly, I have regularly published articles in Environmental Law journals and I have participated in writing chapters in three monographs.
