Carlos I. Aymerich Cano

(Vigo, 1967) he is Head Lecturer of Administrative Law at the University of A Coruña. His research activity is developed in the field of Law of public procurement, territorial organisation of the state and impact and control of austerity policies and he has participated as a speaker at different congresses, seminars and masters at various Universities. He has completed research visits at the Universities of Bochum (1994) and Paris-Pantheon (1995). He was spokesman of the Electoral Board of Galicia (1997-2000), Member of Congress in the VII term of office (2000-2004) and Member of Galician Parliament between 2005 and 2013.
