  • She is assistant lecturer accredited and post-doctoral research fellow since 2012 at ANECA in the Rovira i Virgili University, Doctor of Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2010), with research competence and Diploma of Advanced Studies (2003), Master’s in Public Law and Administrative Organisation from IDEC (2002), Master’s in Environmental Law at the URV (2004), Law Degree from Rovira i Virgili University (2000).
    She is a member of Cedat (Centre d’Estudis de Dret Ambiental de Tarragona) since joining the URV (2002) as a PhD scholar in the area of Administrative Law of the Department of Public Law. She belongs to the Research Group in Territory, Environment and Sustainability at the Rovira i Virgili University in the Centre for Environmental Law in Tarragona (CEDAT) as an active researcher. She also belongs to the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) Academy of Environmental Law and the ECOVER network.
  • She has carried out teaching and research over the years in the field of public law, particularly in Administrative Law and Environmental Law. She has taught in Law and Social Work Degrees at the Faculty of Law and of Communication and Journalism at the URV and in Masters and PhDs, like the Master’s Degree in Environmental Law URV, as well as other legal training courses at other institutions.
    Her research has mainly focused on issues of environmental administrative law, on which she has several important publications, particularly on the legal regime of contaminated soils. She has also studied Local Law, among others. She has participated in numerous conferences nationally and internationally. She has also co-organised several conferences and seminars such as the Annual Forum to Update Local Law of the Pedrol Antoni i Rius Professorship. She is currently deputy director of the URV Professorship in Jurídics Locals Màrius Viadel i Martín. She has participated in numerous of knowledge transfer projects. She is a member of the Editorial Board of the Revista Catalana de Dret Ambiental (CSTR) and the magazine Actualidad Jurídica Ambiental and she participates in their jurisprudential chronicles. She has been on several research stays abroad, mainly in the Deutsche Hochschule für Verwaltungswissenschaften in Speyer, Germany (2005-2008). She is a member of the AEPDA (Spanish Association of Administrative Law Lecturers).
  • She is part of the Teaching Innovation Group of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the URV and has been coordinator of the Learning and Service Network of the URV (2010-2015). She is an active member of different teaching innovation projects which include the promotion of the Learning Service which she has incorporated to several of the subjects she teaches. She is also part of national and international networks for the promotion of the Learning Service and of legal clinics, such as the APS network (U) and ENCLE (Environmental Net of Clinical Legal Education). She acts as coordinator of mobility of the Faculty of Law as well as coordinator of external practices of the law degree.
